Thanksgiving weekend nuggets...

I know it's been quite a lonnnng while since I shared some wisdom's just been crazily, incredibly busy. So I thought Thanksgiving weekend would be the perfect time to send some delicious ingredients for marinating :-) Enjoy, and I hope you had a wonderful holiday and cherished your time with family and friends because - as I was sadly reminded today - life is too short to take anything or anyone for granted...please let's treasure it all while we can!

Breathe. Let go.... And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.

You have a choice every moment of the day to open yourself up. And when you do that, it opens the channels of love.
                        ~ Laura Berman

What if religion was each other? If our practice was our life? If prayer was our words? What if the temple was the earth? If forests our church? If holy water - the rivers, lakes and oceans? What if meditation was our relationships? If the Teacher was life? If wisdom was self-knowledge? If love was the center of our being?

Let someone love you just as you are.
As flawed as you might be,
as unattractive as you might feel,
as unaccomplished as you might think you are,
let someone love you just as you are,
And let that someone be you.
                        ~ Sandra Kring

Each moment of each day in our lives is a valuable turning point -- an important part of our spiritual growth. Each feeling is important: boredom, fear, hate, love, despair, excitement. Each action we take has value: an act of love, an act of healing. Each word we speak, each word we hear, each scene we allow ourselves to see, and each scenario we participate in changes us. Trust and value each moment in your life. Let it be important. It is a turning point.

Confused about your purpose on this planet?

It’s simple: Be your most authentic version of you.Your purpose does not need to be linked to a specific career – or to doing a particular “this” – or to achieving a fancy “that.”It’s simply about becoming your best possible “you!”Your true purpose is learning how to go inside yourself to find your inner happiness – then learning how to share your inner joy with as many people as you can.Your true purpose is to bloom into your most loving, kind self. It’s about growing, stretching and learning how to freely allow yourself to express yourself – so you can confidently, generously share your love, thoughts, ideas, creativity, inspiration, and highest vibration with as many people as you can.You don’t need to “do” a particular “job” – or “accomplish” a particular “goal” to find your “purpose.” Your purpose is always about what you can bring of your most authentic, one-of-a-kind, best self to this planet. And it’s an important purpose. Because both this planet and your soul need you to radiate your most optimum love, peace and happiness – in thoughts, words, and actions.                            ~ Karen Salmansohn

A Note from the Universe

The Top 10 things about time and space, that most people seem to forget...

10. You chose to be here and you knew what you were doing.
9. There are no "tests" and you're not being judged.
8. Everyone's doing their best, with what they know.
7. You already have whatever you're looking for.
6. You are of the Divine, pure God, and so is everyone else.
5. Religion needs spirituality; spirituality does not need religion.
4. You're naturally inclined to succeed - at everything you do.
3. You happen to life, life does not happen to you.
2. Order, healing, and love belie every moment of chaos, pain, and fear.
1. Following your heart is the best way to help others.

The truth shall set you free,
    The Universe

Your joy factor will remain constant as you are continually refining your ideas of what you want, and that's why it is so important for you to get everybody else out of the equation. They've got their own game going on; they don't understand your game. Give them a break; stop asking them what they think. Start paying attention to how you feel. Joy will be yours immediately, and everything else that you have ever thought would make you happy, will start flowing, seemingly effortlessly, into your experience.

Daily Teaching from The Power

Life is Magical

Love and I have a thing going on, and it is the most magical and exciting relationship anyone can ever have. I want to share with you how I live each day with this knowledge.

When I wake each morning, I am grateful to be alive and for everyone and everything in my life. I spend fifteen minutes every morning feeling love and sending it out to the world.

I imagine my day. I imagine and feel love for my day going well. I imagine and feel love for each thing in my day going well, before I do it. I place the force of love ahead of me in everything I do, by feeling love inside me as much as I can before I do anything! I don't open emails or packages, make or take important phone calls, or do anything important unless I am feeling good.

When I get dressed in the morning I feel enormous gratitude for my clothes. To save time, I also ask the question "What is the perfect outfit to wear today?" A few years ago I decided to play with the law of attraction and my wardrobe. Instead of trying to work out whether this skirt will go with that top, and something putting things on and taking them off again because they didn't work together (which attracts more things not working), I decided to hand my styling over to the force of love. So all I did was imagine what it would feel like if everything I put on looked great. After imagining it, feeling it, and asking the question "What will I wear today?" I now stand in awe at how good my clothes look and feel when I get dressed.

I stay aware when walking down the street and notice the people passing me. I send thoughts and feelings of love to as many people as I can. I look at each person's face, feel love inside me, and imagine them receiving it. I know the force of love is the source of abundance of money, happy relationships, great health, and anything anyone loves, so I send people love, because I know in doing that, I am sending them whatever they need.

When I see a person who seems to have a particular need, someone who can't afford to buy something they want, for instance, I send them thoughts of abundance of money. If a person seems upset, I send them happiness. If someone seems stressed and they're rushing, I send them thoughts of peace and joy. Whether I am shopping for groceries, walking down the street, or driving, whenever I am among people, I do my best to send love as much as possible. I know too that whenever I see anyone with a particular need, it's also a message for me to be grateful for money, happiness and the peace and joy in my life.

When I am in a plane, I send love to everyone. When I am in a restaurant, I send love to the people and to the food. In dealing with organizations or companies, or when I am shopping in stores, I send love to them all.

When I get in my car to drive somewhere, I imagine arriving back home happy and well, and I say, "Thank you". When I am about to drive, I ask, "What is the best road to take?" Each time I walk into and out of my house, I say "Thanks you" for my home. When I am shopping at the supermarket, I ask, "What else do I need?" and "Do I have everything?" I always receive the answers.
