Weekend catch-up nuggets!

TGIF! Playing catch-up once again from an extremely crazy week...enjoy marinating! :-)

Let go of what you can't control. Channel all that energy into living fully in the now.

Don't let regrets about the past or fears about the future stop you from fully enjoying your present. A good way to ensure you're living fully in the present is to make sure you're fully using all of your miracle senses - and seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching - and intuitively being - as much as you can in a day! Most people pay attention to mostly what they see around them. But you have so many wonderful other senses as well to tap into. Added perk: When you tap into your senses - this mindfulness can happily double-up as a form of meditation - further stopping your mind from wandering to regrets about the past or fears about the future. So today be sure to fully tap into ALL of your miracle senses - and passionately!

When you think everything is someone else´s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy. Pride leads to violence and evil. The truly good gaze upon everything with love and understanding.
                        ~Dalai lama

You are now entering into a complete awakening: to your higher-self, your intuition, your gifts, your role on the planet and the Divine plan. The opening of your heart-center is allowing your inner vision to see more clearly. In turn, this is empowering you on many levels, both energetically and intuitively, to walk your path and do what you have come here to do. Your Awakening will subconsciously call out to others to step into their own Light as well.

That's what learning is, after all: not whether we lose the game, but how we lose and how we've changed because of it and what we take away from it that we never had before, to apply to other games. Losing, in a curious way, is winning.

Limitless treasure

Every moment is a new opportunity to more fully experience and express the value of your life. The value you live is the value you give.

What you get out of life is not merely a result of what you put into it. What you get out of life and what you put into it are precisely one and the same.

Every moment is an opportunity to invest yourself in meaningful purpose. The quality of that investment at any given time is what defines the true quality of your life.

Fulfillment is not about acquiring something that exists outside of you. It is about more richly and more completely experiencing the unique, magnificent value that is already and always within you.

Life’s circumstances do not, in and of themselves, enhance or detract from the value of your life. Each event, each circumstance gives you a new way to explore and experience that value.

The best you can live is the best you are willing to give, and there’s no limit to what that can be. Fully invest yourself in each moment, and delight in the limitless treasure that is already yours.

Live now

Don’t be held back by what has not yet happened or by what is already over. Live now, with all you have.

There’s no need to wait for everything to be perfect. Live now in this moment while you have it, before its unique opportunities are gone.

Some things may turn out great, and other things may be disappointing. Live now, when you can do your best with what you have.

Even when the challenges seem impossibly overwhelming, there is always something you can do to make a positive difference. Live now, do it now, and work your way steadily forward.

No action is wasted when it is undertaken with authentic purpose behind it. Live now, with meaning, and use this moment to bring new richness to your world.

You are here right now to enjoy, to experience, to create and achieve, to love, and to live. Live now, for now is the precious moment when life is yours.

The Truths Within

Value Your Own Wisdom

Your very own inner wisdom should be valued more than any other and will always guide you in the direction you need to travel.
Throughout our lives, we will encounter individuals who presume to know what is best for us. The insights they offer cannot compare, however, with the powers of awareness and discernment that already exist within us. From birth we are blessed with wisdom that cannot be learned or unlearned. It exists whether or not we acknowledge it because it is a gift given to us by a loving universe before we chose to experience existence on the earthly plane. Yet for all its permanence, it is vital that we value and honor this incredible element of the self. It is when we do not use our inborn wisdom that we begin to doubt our personal truths and are driven to outside sources of information because we are afraid. What we know to be true in our hearts is invariably true, and we discover how intensely beautiful and useful self-trust can be when we recognize the power of our wisdom.

Inner wisdom is not subject to the influences of the outside world, which means that it will never demand that we surrender our free will or counsel us to act in opposition to our values. We benefit from this inspiration when we open ourselves to it, letting go of the false notion that we are less qualified than others to determine our fate. The wisdom inside of us is the source of our discernment and our ability to identify blessings in disguise. When we are unsure of who to trust, how to respond, or what we require, the answers lie in our inner wisdom. It knows where we are going and understands where we are coming from, taking this into account though it is not a product of experience but rather a piece of our connection to the universal mind.

In the whole of your existence, no force you will ever encounter will contribute as much to your ability to do what you need to do and be who you want to be as your natural wisdom. Through it, you reveal your growing consciousness to the greater source and discover the true extent of your strength. If you heed this wisdom with conviction and confidence, the patterns, people, and fears that held you back will be dismantled, paving the way for you to fulfill your truest potential.

Notes from the Universe

Actually, your only "job" in this intergalactic affair called life is thinking.

That's it. That's all there is.

And should you learn to focus your thinking, to dwell upon what you want instead of what you don't want, and to live as if your thoughts are more real than the prior manifestations that surround you, your life will become easy, floodgates will burst open, and if you want, everyone shall know your name.

Somebody must have been loving you, BIG TIME, when this old world began spinning.

Your secret admirer -
    The Universe

When you feel happy, really happy, it somehow seems that you've always been happy and that you'll always be happy.

The same is often true when you feel sad, or lonely, or depressed, or broke, or sick, or scared.

Something, perhaps, to remember.

    The Universe

Do you know what's really, really, really easy?

Whatever you say is really, really, really easy.

Same goes for the hard stuff.

You so fly,
    The Universe

The need to criticize simply belies a longing for recognition, appreciation, and validation. None of which, however, can be obtained through criticism.

I'm sure it's just a phase they're going through.

    The Universe

It's not as if one could be bored enough, feel frustrated enough, or complain enough that their life would suddenly turn around. Doesn't work that way.

Whatever anyone "is," they become more of. And anyone's is'ness is whatever they say it is.

    The Universe

The Teachings of Abraham by Esther and Jerry Hicks

If you could get to the place where you no longer feel a need to push against anything that you disagree with—you would become in alignment with what you do agree with. Even within your own body, it is your pushing against those things you don't agree with that causes you to be out of alignment with what you do agree.

There are many situations, attitudes, lifestyles—even food choices—that you do not want to participate with. Through the living of your life, you have identified many wanted and unwanted aspects, and it is important to remember that none of those unwanted things can jump into your experience, because there is no assertion in your attraction-based Universe.

The choices that others make cannot negatively impact your experience unless you include them in your experience through your attention to them. Things come to you only through your Vibrational invitation—and they remain only by your continuing attention to them.

Your Universe is based upon freedom. Freedom for everyone to choose what they give their attention to, and therefore what they choose to experience. And your interaction with one another provides a contrasting basis that assures continual expansion.

When others achieve Vibrational alignment with something they desire, they in no way deprive you of your desires. If your time-space reality has inspired a desire within you, it is certain that your desire can be fulfilled.

So the big question is, "Well, do I just dump all those unwanted things and try to start fresh?" And we say, no. You just set the Tone, where you are, by looking for things to appreciate. And by setting your Tone in a very clear deliberate way, anything that doesn't match it gravitates out of your experience, and anything that does match it gravitates into your experience. It is so much simpler than most of you are allowing yourself to believe.

Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say: Something is important here; otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion. What is it that I want? And then simply turn your attention to what you do want. . . . In the moment you turn your attention to what you want, the negative attraction will stop; and in the moment the negative attraction stops, the positive attraction will begin. And—in that moment—your feeling will change from not feeling good to feeling good. That is the Process of Pivoting.

One Minute Motivators by Edward W. Smith

Maybe your critics are right and maybe your critics are wrong, either way, it pays to listen to them.  Listen to the negative things people say about you, and as much as it hurts, think about it and see if there is any validity to it.  If so, your critics did you a favor and helped you move your life ahead.

To perform like a winner, you have to prepare like a winner.  Plan for success at the start. The outcome of an event is almost always determined by who prepares the best.  Lawyers who prepare every step of the way to go to trial, rarely have to, because they blow the other side away in the steps leading up to a trial.  Plus being prepared replaces fear and negativity with confidence, which also causes you to be a winner.

Change comes slowly. No matter how badly we want it, it takes time to lose weight, or build muscles, or to learn new skills.  Understand this and build the time and frustration this will cause, into your thinking. Keep your persistence up by visualizing your goals, using support groups and lots of self-encouragement.  Change comes slowly, but the success is long lasting.

Daily Teaching from The Power

What do you want? What would you love? Because that is what you must give to your body. Your cells are your most loyal subjects who serve you without question, and so whatever you think, whatever you feel, becomes the law of your body. If you want to feel as good as you did when you were a child, then give your cells those commands, "I feel amazing today," "I have so much energy," "I have perfect eyesight," "I can eat whatever I want and maintain my ideal weight," "I sleep like a baby every night." You are the ruler of a kingdom, and whatever you think and feel becomes the law of your kingdom - the law within your body.
