Tuesday nuggets

I AM OPEN TO RECEIVE ALL OF GOD'S GIFTS

Today - all day - I literally walk around with my hands open to receive. I am not surprised when I realize that I am receiving without having to do anything. When someone offers to contribute something to me, I accept graciously. Knowing that each gift is a gift from God, I experience profound thankfulness and gratitude within myself; God hears my thankfulness and gratitude, and responds with more gifts from many sources. Today I remember to keep saying to myself "I am open and receiving all of God's gifts."

ASSIGNMENT FOR DAY 10
Walk around all day with your hands open to receive. Imagine your
spiritual self walking around with hands open to receive.

Affirmation: I see world peace.
Remember to keep your word today.

Judgments are based on a belief of separateness, which stems from fear. When you are busy judging something as bad or wrong, you are in reality judging a part of yourself as bad or wrong. When you believe us as all one, there is no separateness - no need for judgment.

“Love is the absence of judgment.” Dalai Lama XIV

Happiness is a butterfly, which, when pursued, is always just beyond your grasp, but which, if you sit down quietly, may alight upon you.

‎When you find yourself stressed, ask yourself one question: Will this matter five years from now? If yes, then do something about the situation. If no, then let it go.

A Note from the Universe

Did you know that it's perfectly OK, even highly ideal, to claim all is well amongst doubt and confusion? To be happy in spite of challenges? To laugh at problems? Dance without a partner? Sing without a rhyme? Talk to inanimate objects?

Oddly, most don't.

You so rock,

My Thoughts Join a Powerful Swirling Vortex of Attraction... In the same way that the Law of Attraction is responding to the thoughts, words, and actions that you are offering here in your physical reality, the Law of Attraction is always responding powerfully to your Vibrational Reality. When the Law of Attraction, the Universal manager of all Vibrations, responds to the clarity of Vibration offered by your expanding Inner Being, the result is a powerful swirling Vortex of attraction.

Develop an attitude of gratitude as Motivational Speaker Glen Hopkins suggests.  Take some time to review the way your life is working for you, rather than focusing on the problems you have.  Once you have found some good in your life, make an effort to share part of it with someone else.  If you give something to someone else for no other reason than to help them, or make them feel good, you walk away much happier than you were before.  Right now, make list of 5 things you are fortunate to have in your life, and then find a way to pass on some of the rewards you have reaped from these things, on to someone else.  Then you are on your way to even more happiness.
                        ~ Edward W. Smith

Daily Teaching from The Power

Personal Emotional Trainers can use all kinds of situations and tactics to challenge you, but the thing to remember is that every challenge is presented so you will choose love and turn away from negativity and blame. Some trainers may challenge you to judge them or others, but don't fall for that trap. Judgment is a negative and it's not giving love, so if you can't love the good in someone or something, simply turn away.

Some trainers may test you by provoking you to feel revenge, anger, or hatred. Turn away by looking for the things you love in life. Some trainers may even hit you with guilt, feelings of unworthiness, or fear. Don't fall for any of them, because negativity of any kind is not love.

"Hatred paralyzes life; love releases it.
Hatred confuses life; love harmonizes it.
Hatred darkens life; love illuminates it."
~ Martin Luther King Jr. (1929-1968)
